Matt Parsons
Senior Estimator/Project Manager Matt was promoted to the sales team leader in 2025. He commenced with the company in 2018, bringing an extensive background in fencing. He was a key client manager in the sales team at ARC Fencing and, before that, ran his own Jim's Fencing franchise for over ten years. He has experience in quoting and constructing a wide variety of fencing projects
Wayde Kendall
Estimator/Project Manager Wayde made a significant career change when he commenced in 2020 after 17 years of working as a primary school teacher. Wayde has used his professional approach and knowledge of schools to advise many in the education sector.
Ryan Lawrence
Estimator/Project Manager Ryan commenced in 2021 as part of our warehouse team, then worked his way through our pathway program and was promoted to Estimator / Project Manager in 2023. Ryan has a professional approach which has seen him gain several satisfied clients.
Kyle Whitehurst
Estimator/Project Manager Kyle commenced in 2025 and works closely with clients from initial quotation through to project delivery, ensuring every job is planned, coordinated and completed to the highest standard. With a strong focus on communication, quality and attention to detail, he helps deliver smooth outcomes across projects of all sizes.
Caine Bowling
Project Coordinator Caine commenced as our dedicated Project Coordinator in 2024. He supports the sales team onsite.

Andrew Caddy
Chief Executive Officer Andrew has over 25 years’ experience in commercial fencing, starting with Lee Bros Fencingand then at Otter Fencing Group. Since late 2015, Andrew has led the team overseeing the success and development of the business.
Jacqui Butcher
Chief Operating Officer Jacqui has over 20 years' experience in operational management. Since late 2015, Jacqui has managed planning, marketing, HR, and finances for the business.
Drew Smith
General ManagerDrew Smith leads our team managers, has a background in landscaping and has worked in fencing since 2013, initially with Otter Fencing. Commencing in 2016, he has extensive experience in managing fencing works for civil projects and education properties.
WAREHOUSE / LOGSITICS
Johnny Stagnitta
Operations Manager Johnny has worked in the fencing industry since 2016. As Operations Manager, he leads our warehouse and logistics team, ensuring timely fabrication, collection and delivery of materials required for each project. Johnny is supported by Mat Hansen, who has over ten years’ experience in logistics in the fencing industry. Also on the road are Kane Richards, Mark Smith, and Josh McDougall, who also provide support in the workshop alongside Troy Barnett, our leading fabricator.

Claire Pisasale
Office Manager Claire keeps the day-to-day operations of Melbourne Chainwire Fencing running smoothly. Alongside Amanda Vaughan they support the team to coordinate administration and customer enquiries. They play a key role in ensuring an efficient and positive experience for both clients and staff.
